When typing the title, it's not obvious whether it's in capitals or not, because the UI display it as all caps. However it can save with different capitalisations.

For example, when typing 'Volume Three', it's displayed as 'VOLUME THREE', however a user may accidentally type 'VOLume thRee' and not notice, because it's displayed in all caps.
